Qualifications will make a difference for the State... I believe my qualifications include my business experience and leadership qualities. Working in my family’s business along with several of my own has taught me the values of honesty, integrity, hard work and the importance of people helping themselves. I have lived and worked all over the state and have established many relationships with people, organizations and companies. I am a team builder in my relationships with others. My business background includes years working with American Express in the Pacific Rim, stationed in Japan, which has given me insight into international business practices. I believe in the strength of our state and that working as a team player and truly caring about the well being of the people in my district will be the greatest assets that I can offer to the voters. My life experiences have given me self-confidence, an understanding of critical thinking and a determination to do my best in everything I do. Challenges the State Faces As a representative , it is imperative that I work to balance Wisconsin’s budget. The money spent in Madison is coming from the pockets of my neighbors and friends; it must be spent responsibly. I would also work to reform Wisconsin’s tax code to be more business friendly. The small business owners are the people who create jobs; we need to support them in order to expand our economy and provide jobs in Wisconsin. |
